Please note:

  • Delivery times given are estimates - we cannot guarantee these
  • When buying more than one different item, your order may be split into more than one parcel and be delivered by a different courier
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes
  • Currently we deliver to the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands)


Tracking your Order

On dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track the delivery of your order. Following receipt of this dispatch confirmation email please contact the courier company direct should you have any queries regarding delivery. 

Order Delays

If we become aware that a delivery is going to be delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible by email and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

30 Day Returns - buy with confidence


Please note:

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost of unwanted items (unless the wrong item was sent, or it was damaged in transit, or is faulty)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase 
  • If good is damaged / faulty view below


How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@simscapers.co.uk We will provide you with clear instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure you get proof of postage, as this will be required in the case of your returned item being lost in transit (without proof of postage we are unable to issue a refund).  We recommend you use shipping with tracking and an adequate insurance value.

 

Damages and issues

If your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will of course issue you with a replacement. Please contact at us support@simscapers.co.uk and provide us with your order number and full details including photos of the damage.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased (in whole or in part) with gift cards.  Also, any items customised personally for the customer are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

We don't offer goods in exchange for the item(s) you return. Of course, once you have received your full refund you can order an alternative product from our website.

 

14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds Notification

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
